2. As the nurse who does health assessment for frail older adults who attended a community comprehensive day program, what information should the nurse assess to identify culturally appropriate care plans for older Filipino and Chinese American clients?
3. The short-term subacute unit where you are the nurse manager serves a multinational group of older clients who are admitted for orthopedic surgery.  What cultural assessment do you teach the staff to use in identifying the needs of clients and their families?
