Review this week’s Learning Resources. Consider carefully how the curricular concept of service learning might create opportunities for social change.

By Day 3

Post an explanation in which you do the following:

• Describe a plan for approaching service learning in your local educational setting that would support Welsh’s O.P.E.R.A approach and article. You may choose to modify the problem-based project you discussed in Week 2.
• Explain how you would employ both the Learner Leadership and learner-centered curriculum models in a project that motivates students to contribute to positive social change.
