HR Strategic Compensation Planning Process
I need a grid with the results of the benefits survey for ages 40s & 50s only (see results below).
Determines broadly what motivates workers from different generations and cultural backgrounds.
Analyze the results of survey for only ages 40s & 50s.
Create a matrix or grid of compensation plans for each generation and culture that would result in high performance, based on the survey results.
Provide an analysis of the survey results and the matrix, along with an explanation of how these compensation plans as well as generational and cultural issues integrate into the strategic planning process.
