I believe that both FDR’s New Deal and World War II played key roles in bringing the U.S. out of the Great Depression; however, World War II helped propel the U.S. out of it nearly completely. The New Deal laid a solid path for economic recovery and growth, but it was ultimately the war that had the biggest impact. There was a need to put more people in the workforce, including utilizing the owmen left behind, and increased the demand for products such as military equipment. The demand for industry created a booming economy that would need to grow quickly to support the troops overseas, without the U.S. involvment in the war, there may have never been a need to immediately strengthen the economy.Agree or Disagree within 2-3 Sentences
