The sections for the Case study analysis will be an executive summary (1 page in length that summarizes the case study), Identify the IT and business objectives the company is looking to achieve (1 Page), the Strengths & Weaknesses of the given alternatives (1 page), and lastly what YOU would do and WHY (1 Page). The criteria you will use for your Pugh matrix will be: Reduce costs Maximize revenues Standardize process Enhance productivity Improve workflow and communications 5 Sustain repeatable service levels Improve risk control mechanisms Implement new business strategies Facilitate organic and acquisition-driven growth Gain competitive advantage by exploiting new technology
