1. Scholarly Proposal – Based on identification of a problem at your site, the student will create a proposal for change using evidence-based practice. This should be formulated within the first 3 weeks of the clinical experience/practicum and approved by the clinical faculty.

Goals must be related to the course objectives and the area of your practicum experience. The objectives should be specific and measurable. The plan of action should include step-by-step process to meet the objectives. The implications for nursing practice should be evidence-based.
