  1. Compare and contrast the views that Lewis and Russell have about what Jesus taught and whether it is true. That is, you need to say

II. Guidelines

  • Make sure to explain exactly what Lewis and Russell say and what their reasons are for saying it.
  • Make sure you provide citations from these texts to support the claims you make.
  • Be as clear and specific as you can.
  • Do not talk about whether Lewis or Russell is right or wrong. You are only interpreting what each person says about the topic, contrasting it to what the other person says about the topic, and explaining why they disagree (i.e. what reasons each person has for his view).
  • Make sure to include a thesis (see rubric below).
  • Follow APA style (i.e. include a cover page and a works cited page).
  • Do not plagiarize.
  • Do not include biographical information about Lewis or Russell.

III. Format

The body of your paper should be at least three pages and no longer than four pages (that is, not including your cover page or works cited page). Your paper should be typed in 12-point Times New Roman font with double spacing between lines, no extra spacing between paragraphs, and one-inch margins on left, right, top, and bottom.
