The three videos that I watched are as follows:

1. Investment firm CEO talks about diversification as a strategy. The CEO explains that they are long-term investors. They focus more on what will be in the future rather than what will be in a week or so. He simply admits that diversification is the answer. The firm is broadly diversified across the world geographically as well as across asset classes and strategies. While they are invested in the development markets in Asia including Hong Kong and Singapore, the two emerging markets that they look at in the world are China, India, and Brazil.
2. Diversification away from the US dollar is necessary: CIO. The video discusses that, speaking mid-to-long-term, it is recommended to gradually diversify away from the US dollar in order to avoid a deficit. Although the United States economy is the strongest in the world, diversification into other currencies such as the yen is recommended.
3. Top 3 growth drivers are location, innovation, and diversification. In this video, the CEO of Logitech discusses the consumer, e-commerce, and the company’s newest products. The CEO states that location, innovation, and diversification are the three ways for a company to grow. He discusses that the markets are continuously growing, the company gains share as it continues to innovate well, and they can always enter new categories which he states the company will continue to do.

Each of these videos relate to this unit as they all stress the importance of diversification and how it may lead to various great opportunities and success.
