My name is Michelle Pielli Bezdicek, I am currently working as an Aide (paraprofessional) at an Elementary school in Addison IL. I have been a Teacher’s Aide for 8 years now and enjoy every moment of my day. I am also married and his name is John we have been together for over 31 years we live in Wood Dale, IL. It is a suburb of Chicago. We do not have any children our pets are our children we adopt dogs we also have two cats that we adopted.

I enjoy working with children that have learning disabilities, I have experienced the good with the bad but most of the time it is good. I see every day how children with disabilities have to struggle to learn. Working in a classroom and teaching children, assisting the teacher is a really fun job the students are great kids. I am currently working on getting my bachelor degree in teaching and in the future becoming a tutor and a substitute teacher is something that I would like to do.

This program is a requirement that I will need to make sure that when I am teaching I am preparing my schedule correctly and a curriculum is needed to plan out my week. There are several steps I need to learn and this class will be interesting and very helpful for my future in teaching children.
