For this essay, choose one of the terms listed below and write an extended definition essay on it. As you will see discussed in your text book, in one body paragraph you can compare or contrast your term to something else, you can discuss its causes or effects in another body paragraph, you can describe it in one body paragraph, you can give examples (or an example) of it in another body paragraph, or you can define it by explaining what it is not in a body paragraph.

Please read Ch 15 in your text carefully before beginning the essay. The same formatting guidelines and essay length for the previous essays obtain for this essay.  I do not want you to do research for this essay, so choose a topic you’ll be able to write about without internet research.

Whatever you do, do not tell me how Webster (or any other dictionary) defines your term in the introduction of your essay.
