Objective: For this assignment, you are asked to interview a Human Resources Manager in charge of training & development and/or performance management. The person could be manager in a mid-size or larger organization, or a business owner who manages the performance management process. You are to conduct an interview with this person and discover the challenges/issues that this person is facing regarding training & development as well as performance management. In your paper, you will describe the challenges as well as proposed strategies that could be implemented to address them. In your paper, you will be playing the role of a consultant and provide recommendations to address the challenges faced by your interviewee.
