In-class debate preparation

The topic for Session 16 is the issue of severe environmental degradation in China. To address this issue, we will hold a debate in class. The debate is: “How effective is a given institution or actor for improving environmental conditions in China?” The PRO position argues that the institution or actor IS effective in improving environmental conditions. The CON position argues that the institution is NOT effective.
