The material you choose would be one of the books we are reading or a section from anyone of them, but no less than 6-7 pages (two of the readings for the first week have that length, so they could be choose too.

The review itself is between 500-700 words (double space Time New Roman point 12).

You can take a look at any academic journal, the section on reviews that include many of them to see as examples.

If you need to give page reference, since the bibliography of the section you are reviewing is at the top of the first page, giving just page numbers in brackets would be fine, i.e., (347).
