Select a leadership model or theory from your textbook. Apply a leadership theory or model to the organization that you have chosen (it does not have to be the theory or model of leadership that you observe currently being utilized by the organization) Support with literature you selected in Step 2.(If the professor advised you in Step 2 to seek additional literature, make sure you follow their recommendations).

Student should discuss how the selected leadership model would address the leadership needs of selected agency in a logical, interesting sequence which reader can follow. This would include challenges of population served and challenges of workers providing service.

Student would apply the leadership model to decision making with the organization. Make sure you refer to the organizational chart of the agency.
