This assignment should include a critical evaluation of a situation/development in relation to leadership based around a particular project or personal development which should reflect past, present or future practice development in which you are undertaking a leadership role.
You should submit relevant and concise evidence to support the project, and you should cross reference this in the Project leadership report. Examples of relevant evidence might be, meeting notes, evidence of decision making, evidence of collaboration, development of guidelines/protocols, copies of correspondence or appropriate reports

• A critical discussion of leadership styles in relation to the leader’s role and influence on the project. (leadership styles: autocratic, democratic, Laissez-faire)
(talk about culture effect in leadership: male superior, stereotypic, gender and leadership)
• A critical discussion of the evaluation (prospective or retrospective) of project outcomes. (use SWOT diagram and evaluation tool)
