Utilitarianism
What you think of the Utilitarian’s claim that it can be morally right sometimes to sacrifice the interests of some for the claimed “greater good” of society: To sacrifice the interests of native villagers to build a Hydro-electric Dam for Malaysian society as a whole, to take the homes of residents via “Eminent Domain” for some public project or to sacrifice the interests of the elderly in a public health care system by rationing their care to free up more funds for preventive medicine for the younger or attending to the health care needs of the very poor. These are all real-life cases where Utilitarian reasoning has been brought into play to justify public policy decisions which require sacrificing the interests of the few for the interests of the many.
