For this assignment, you will research one of the specific organizational behavior models identified in our textbook. Then, write an essay explaining that specific model. Within your submission, you are to address the following questions.

• How does your chosen organizational behavior model relate to the inputs, processes, and outputs?
• Explain the three levels of analysis of the organizational behavior model you chose. How does this model relate to the individual, group, or organizational level of analysis?
• How does what you learned about the chosen model and theoretical framework aid you in gaining a better understanding of a situation you have experienced in your work environment?

Your essay should be a minimum of three pages in length, not counting the title page and references page. Be sure to provide an introduction to your essay. You are required to use a minimum of two sources from the CSU Online Library for this assignment. Use APA format for your paper, including all references and in-text citations.
