In Chapter 4 of our textbook Writing Logically, Thinking Critically 8th Edition, you will find Writing Assignment 6 which presents a list of proposals advocating a position on a social issue.

Choose one issue and write two arguments, one defending and one refuting the proposal. Follow the writing instructions in the textbook.

Each argument should be about one page (200 words, double-spaced and typed).
