“Effective Use of the SWOT and VRIO Models for Analysis” Please respond to the following: (Please use questions /bullet points as headers when answering the questions.)

e-Activity 1 – Go to the EBSCO HOST (Business Source Complete Database).  Look for Datamonitor, select company profiles for Barnes & Noble; review the SWOT analysis.    

• From the first e-Activity, determine whether Barnes and Noble should go international. If so, determine what VRIO attributes would help it expanding internationally.
