The growing split between the two parties has widened under President Obama’s administration. This past election, the Republican party took control of both chambers, the House of Representatives and the Senate. With the Republicans in control of both chambers of Congress and a democrat executive administration, we have a divided government. What does this mean for our country and what could it mean for the last year and a half of President Obama’s administration. Please provide examples to support your argument.
